Nourishment as part of the healing

Fresh, vibrant vegetarian food prepared by our private chef using organic produce grown in our own garden. We also forage Dulse, wild Sark seaweed - prized for its natural truffle and black pepper notes - delicately infused into selected dishes for its mineral richness and depth of flavour.
