You bring the group. We help build the stay.
Sark Soul Island Retreats gives organisers one point of contact for the practical pieces of a stay on the island. We can help coordinate accommodation, meals, suitable spaces, luggage transfers, island transport and local experiences around the needs of your group.
Groups we can work with
Private stays can be created for:
- yoga, Pilates, meditation and breathwork teachers
- women’s circles and wellness communities
- walking, wild swimming and nature groups
- creative teams and writing groups
- founders, boards and leadership teams
- companies planning a wellbeing or team-building stay
- charities, associations and community organisations
- friends or families planning a private island gathering
You may arrive with a facilitator and a complete programme, or with a clear purpose and the beginnings of a plan. We build from your starting point.
How we help
We work with accommodation providers, cooks, activity leaders and transport operators across Sark. The plan is built around your dates, group size, purpose and preferred level of structure.
Support can include:
- accommodation coordination
- group meals
- meeting or practice space
- luggage transfers and island transport
- island activities arranged around the group, from guided coastal walks and wild swimming to yoga, cycling, carriage rides and Dark Sky experiences
The exact combination depends on the season, availability and what your group has come to Sark to do.
Corporate retreats and team stays on Sark
A team away that actually feels away.
Sark is reached by sea. Once the group arrives, the working day can be arranged around focused sessions, coastal walks, shared meals and time together outside the agenda.
A company or leadership stay might centre on:
- strategy and planning
- founder or board discussions
- creative work
- team relationships
Working sessions can remain part of the stay without filling every hour. Sark gives the group a shared experience beyond the meeting itself.
Retreat leaders and community organisers
Keep your attention on the group and the work you came to lead. We can coordinate the practical pieces around the programme, including rooms, meals, arrivals, luggage, suitable spaces and island logistics.
Start with your group

- the approximate number of guests
- the dates or season you have in mind
- the number of nights
- the purpose of the stay
