“I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the retreat. Everything that was organised was brilliantly communicated. The detail of everything from the property, the studio, decoration of the barn and the menus was meticulous.”

September nights under the first Dark Sky Island

With zero light pollution, Sark's night skies hold more stars than most guests have ever seen. In 2011 it became the world's first Dark Sky Island. A guided night-sky session at the Sark Observatory is part of your week, and clear September evenings end with the Milky Way overhead.

Booking & travel, how it works

Most guests reserve their place first and organise travel with our support. Once your place is held, we will guide you through ferry timing, booking and any questions, so you don't need to have everything figured out before committing. A deposit holds your place, the rest unfolds with guidance.

Prefer to talk it through with a person first? Write to Nadia and she will reply herself.

Getting to Sark

Reaching Sark is part of the retreat experience, a jewel reached only by boat. From Guernsey, the crossing with Sark Shipping takes about 45 minutes, gently easing you from everyday pace into island life. Full travel guidance, including recommended sailings, will be shared with all confirmed guests, and our Visiting Sark page answers every practical question.

Questions before choosing a room? See the retreat FAQ or write to Nadia at info@sarksoulretreats.com. Explore the retreat experience: the yoga, a digital detox, travelling solo, rest and recovery and the dark skies.
