You leave the car behind.
You walk or cycle quiet lanes and coastal paths untouched by traffic for the week, after a boat crossing from Guernsey.
Why Sark feels differentWith virtually no light pollution, Sark became the world's first Dark Sky Island in 2011. On clear nights, the Milky Way stretches overhead, and one evening of the retreat is spent at Sark Observatory.
Morning yoga with pranayama and meditation, followed by breakfast.
During the day, Sark becomes part of the retreat - coastal walks, wild swimming and time to explore the island, alongside experiences such as massage and breathwork.
Evening brings a second practice and dinner, cooked by our private chef. See how the week unfolds
Your week on Sark
Morning and evening sessions with pranayama and meditation, mixed-level and accessible.
Vegetarian meals cooked by a private chef and shared together, family style.
Guided walks and wild swims along Sark's coast, with time to explore at your own pace.
One night at the Sark Observatory, under skies dark enough to see the Milky Way.

β β β β ββI just loved the whole experience. I was quite nervous about it all. Nadia met us as we got off the ferry. She could not have been more welcoming...β

A guest Β· May 2026
I came to Sark searching for something myself. The island gave me space, freedom and the feeling of coming home to myself. Watching guests who arrived alone open up over five days, and leave with people they now call friends, is my favourite part of every retreat.
