Retreats are planned for June and September 2027. The exact dates have not been published yet. Join the [2027 waitlist](/retreats-on-sark) to receive the dates and booking details before they appear on the site.

The early booking rate is £1,495 per person for a shared room and £1,995 for a single room. The standard shared-room rate is £1,695 per person. The retreat lasts five nights and the price covers your room, all meals, twice-daily yoga, guided walks and wild swimming, an evening at the Sark Observatory, your horse-drawn carriage from the harbour, ferry coordination and support during the week.

Morning yoga starts early, followed by breakfast. The middle hours and afternoon are free, with guided walks, wild swimming and other island activities included during the week. Evening practice and dinner bring everyone back together. It is a light programme rather than a timetable filled from morning to night.

Travel first to Guernsey by air or sea, then take the [Isle of Sark Shipping ferry](https://www.sarkshipping.gg/) from Guernsey to Sark. The crossing takes about 45 minutes and arrives at Maseline Harbour. Nadia sends final travel details and helps guests with flight and ferry connections for their retreat. There is no single arrival time because it depends on the ferry you take from Guernsey. Nadia confirms your arrival window once your journey is arranged. If you want to check a possible connection before booking, email info@sarksoulretreats.com.

Nadia meets guests at Maseline Harbour. From there, Sark's toast rack carries passengers up the steep hill from the harbour. You then continue by horse and carriage to the retreat. Your luggage is lifted from the ferry and delivered to wherever you are staying.

Yes. Sark has mobile signal and wifi.

Sark has no street lights and became the world's first Dark Sky Island in 2011. The retreat includes an evening at the Sark Observatory. What can be seen always depends on the weather and cloud cover, so a clear sky cannot be promised.

Sark has no private cars. People travel on foot, by bicycle, by horse-drawn carriage and, for some local work and transport, by tractor. Push bikes and electric bikes are available to hire from several outlets on the island. Read [Why Sark](/why-sark) for more on getting around the car-free island.

Yes. The retreat is open to people travelling solo. Shared-room and single-room rates are available when booking opens, subject to the rooms still available at the time.

Bring layers, comfortable walking shoes, a waterproof and a torch. Pack lightly. In Guernsey you collect your luggage and bring it aboard the ferry with you. Once you reach Sark, it is delivered for you, so you do not need to carry it up the steep hill from the harbour.

Meals are vegetarian, prepared by a private chef and eaten together family style. Tell Nadia about any dietary requirements or allergies before booking. The chef must confirm what can be accommodated safely, so no particular requirement should be assumed in advance.

Optional treatments let you personalise the retreat. At our last retreat, massage was the guest favourite. Reiki and guided breathwork with cold immersion are also available. These treatments are booked separately and are not included in the retreat price.

Best can be subjective, but we think we have something special.

When booking opens, a £300 deposit holds your room and the balance is due 60 days before the retreat. The deposit is refunded in full if the retreat changes materially or cannot run. The [2027 waitlist](/retreats-on-sark) receives the dates and booking details first.
