The retreat for people who live in Jersey

From Jersey, Sark is a seasonal crossing. The direct ferry, run by Manche Iles Express, sails from St Helier between April and September, several times a week rather than daily, and takes about eighty minutes. You cannot decide on a Tuesday morning and be on Sark by lunch the way you could from Guernsey.

Why five nights instead of a day trip

On a day trip from Jersey, the sailings decide the day. You arrive with one boat, leave with a later one, and the hours between are the whole visit.

A Sark Soul retreat lasts five nights. The crossing happens once each way, and the days between belong to the island: yoga in the morning, the cliff paths and coves in the middle of the day, dinner with the group in the evening, and dark skies after it. Nothing on the fourth day depends on a sailing.

What the retreat price includes

The early shared-room price is £1,495 per person. The standard shared rate is £1,695, and the early single-room rate is £1,995.

The price covers five nights at the retreat house; vegetarian meals prepared by a private chef; yoga, pranayama and meditation each morning and evening; guided walks, wild swimming and island tours; an evening at Sark Observatory; the horse-and-carriage leg of the island arrival; ferry coordination; and support throughout the week.

Massage, Reiki, guided breathwork and cold immersion can be reserved separately.

If you would rather arrange Sark yourself

An independent stay gives you the evenings and early mornings without joining a retreat. You choose the accommodation, meals and plans yourself, and from Jersey you also carry the timetable yourself.

On Sark Soul, the core parts of the week are already arranged, the ferry is coordinated for you, and the middle of the day remains substantially your own.

The next retreats are in 2027. The exact dates are not published yet, and the waitlist hears them first.

Arriving from Jersey

Nadia meets guests at the harbour. The toast rack carries you up the steep hill, then a horse and carriage completes the journey to the retreat. The next morning begins with yoga. Breakfast follows.
